Things your parents say!
What are some of the things your parents say that really annoy you??
I hate it when i say something like 'i'm hungry' then my dad will say 'nice to meet you hungry, i'm dad'
or i'll say 'i feel like ice-cream' and he'll say 'that's funny, youn don't look like it' oh man..so lame!
or if i wanna do something and my mum will say no and her reason being 'cos i'm the parent and i say so!'

My mum: don't swear. the next time i hear that word come out of your mouth you're grounded.
Me: fine
My mum: *5 minutes later* oh shit i burnt myself on the oven!!
or 'but it's healthy you have to eat it. it'll put hairs on your chest.'
Excuse me but I think I'm fine being a girl without a hairy chest thanks. Seriously whats that all about?! It's usually my grandad who tells me that.
Why do we need this
Who was it that said
That great things come to great men
Well that ****er lied to us
There's nothing here but a wasteland
There's nothing here

mom - you need to eat, you don't want to become too skinny!! (i think my mom wants me fat... one helping doesn't qualify as eating in her book, lol.)
dad - "the origins of this...." "this comes from the latin..." "mathematically, scientifically, logically speaking... blah blah blah" (you don't want to ask this man any questions, to do so is putting yourself in danger of a lecture of some sort.)

Re: Things your parents say!
"Please?"
"No, no is no and that's it."
"Why can't no be yes so I can?"
"Because I said so"
OR just anything as lame as because I said so. I mean, so what? You said so. What do I care? I said I liked meat even though I'm vegitarian! Jeez!
