Running
Anyone into running? I run cross country and track and love them both. I really like the 2 mile in track and love just getting out on the road and running with my team and racing. Post if you like running too.

Yea, I'm one of those health nuts and love doing anything to stay in shape. Maybe it will pay off someday.

Just do a bit more everyday, thats my tip
Gradually build it up and it will seem easier to get fit.

Re: Running
I've recently started running. I started a few months ago but I have been ill so I've not been for about a month. How should i start running again? Should i just caryr on from where i left off, or ease myself into the training again?
