Mark(Blackwolf256) and I (ashley) Have made a list of the most big helpers, most are free so we feel it is our duty to list them and helpout. We included some other resources we thought were useful and interesting.

United Kingdom:

CEOP
Description: Child online protection agency, is made up of law enforcement agencies from all around the UK working together to fight child abuse online. You can also find help and advice about the topic, and get direct help if you or someone you know is in a similar situation.
