Re: Frustration and Confusion

I hate frustration and confusion. I can't think of a situtation in which one wouldn't. The best way to cope with it is, in fact, to face the cause of it. You could just go on and forget about it, but more often then not it will just make the situation worse.

The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher esteem those who think alike than those who think differently.

Re: Frustration and Confusion

As much as I can I try to avoid being frustrated so it won't hit my head. It causes me headaches. So don't push your worries and it won't hurt. Try to be calm and set aside things. When you're ready to face it in a relax way then better oppose it.
