That depends a lot on personal opinions and the environment which you need in the present time. If you like shopping, clubbing and having a variety of places where you can work or study big cities are the place to be. But if you like peace and quite you'll think twice about going there lol. There will always be good and bad sides it's just a matter of making sure theres more good sides than bad. I can't define any of the places where I lived as the best, if you can then your a lucky person.
